DWC pipe is mainly used for water draninage system.It is fully computer controlled line.It features high and stable output capacity,and highly automatic operation.For HDPE,you can choose high efficient single screw extruder.For PVC,you can choose conical twin-screw extuuder or parallel twin-screw extruder.Forming system consisits mould and corrugator,mould blocks can be easily changed and they have air or water cooling system.The belling machine process is online.High precision cutting can be guaranteed by cutting machine.the production line can also be equipped with SIEMNES PLC system.

 

This pipe production line adopts advanced technology of Europe.It is a new research achievement of energy-saving production line,which is suitable for high speed extrusion of PVC pipe.Compared with common production line.the energy-saving effect reach on 35%,and the product efficiency increase more than 1 times,thus it is only saving the cost of site and manpower,but also improving efficiency.
