Sewer line repairs start today in Hays

The city of Hays Water Resources Department has contracted with Mayer Specialty Services of Goddard, Kansas to repair damage to the sewer lines in areas throughout the city. Please see above map for locations.

Work is to begin starting Monday, May 22.

Contractor will be installing a structural PVC pipe liner into the existing sewer piping.

Door hanger notices will be placed on homes and businesses affected prior to lining. Traffic control devices will be placed daily in the work areas. The anticipated duration of this project is approximately six weeks starting May 22nd.
