Atkore Inc. is among a group of manufacturers confronting an antitrust suit alleging they fixed the price of PVC pipe products and overcharged customers.

Plaintiff George Bavolak, the owner of a residential and commercial electrical services business in Minnesota, alleges Atkore and other pipe producers colluded with OPIS, a reporting service that provides pricing and market intelligence for a paying subscriber base, to inflate prices for PVC municipal water pipes and PVC electrical conduit pipes. The complaint was filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
